Comment Picker offers a free version for all tools with ads and certain limitations on features and comments. This option is suitable for basic giveaways.
We also offer a Premium membership starting at $8. It's ad-free with Premium limits and more features, perfect for frequent or large giveaways.
Is Comment Picker fair to use?
The Comment Picker tools are entirely fair to use for your giveaways. It uses a pseudorandom number generator (PRNG) to select winners, which ensures that the process is fully random and free from manipulation.
This method provides all participants with an equal chance of winning, making Comment Picker a reliable and unbiased choice for your contests.
Which data does Comment Picker store?

Does Comment Picker have an API available?

How to access Comment Picker Premium?
To access Comment Picker Premium, log in using the Patreon account that holds an active Comment Picker Premium membership through our Premium Login page. Ensure that you use the email address associated with your Premium membership.
If you do not have an active Comment Picker Premium membership, please subscribe to Premium first via Patreon.
How to cancel my Premium account?
To cancel your Premium membership via Patreon:
- Login to Patreon.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Navigate to Memberships.
- Press View Details on Comment Picker.
- Press Cancel Membership.
If you need any help to cancel your account, please send us a message via Instagram or Facebook.
How to download my invoice of Premium?
To download your Comment Picker Premium invoice:
- Login to Patreon.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Choose More > Billing History.
- Press on the month to download the invoice.
If you have any questions related to invoices, you can directly contact Patreon Support, as they handle all invoice-related inquiries.
How can I change details of my invoice?
Patreon is the external service that is managing our Premium memberships. They are responsible for the billing, payments and invoices.
Unfortunately, we are not able to change any details of your invoice.

Can I get a refund for my Premium subscription?
Our Premium subscription is non-refundable due to the digital nature of our product.
Please ensure you cancel your Premium subscription through Patreon before the renewal date to avoid further charges. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued if the cancellation occurs too late, even if you have not used the product.

No Instagram accounts found, how to solve?
We use the official Meta API, which requires that your professional Instagram business or creator account be connected to a Facebook business page (not a Facebook profile). Please ensure that your accounts are correctly linked to resolve this issue.

Why do I need to log in with Facebook and grant permissions to my accounts?
Logging in and granting permissions allows our app to access necessary data from your Facebook and Instagram via the official Meta API which is required for proper functioning of our services.
Our app has been reviewed and approved by the Meta team, ensuring it meets their safety and data handling standards. We are not able to publish anything on your accounts.

Do you support personal Instagram accounts or Facebook profiles?
Unfortunately, we do not support personal Instagram accounts or Facebook profiles, including Digital Creator profiles. Our services rely on the official Meta API, which only supports Instagram Business or Creator accounts and Facebook Pages.
You cannot convert a Facebook profile directly into a Facebook Page. However, for Instagram, you can convert your personal account to a Business or Creator account by following the steps in our video tutorial. This will enable you to use our tools with your Instagram account.
